Serve hot over muffins, in toasted burger buns or over rice with green salad. This recipe works great with our Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Burgers.

Sauté the onion in the butter until light brown. Crumble the cooked Vegetarian Burgers and add them to the sauté, stirring often. Add the sliced pepper and mushrooms and continue stirring. Add the ketchup, salt and pepper and cook the mixture uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
1 medium onion, chopped
2tbs butter or margarine
4 Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Burgers
1 small peppers (any colour), sliced
Half-cup mushrooms, sliced
4tbs tomato ketchup
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
