Rehydrated textured SOYA protein (56%), WHEAT flour, water, rapeseed oil, onion purée, WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, folic acid, iron, niacin, thiamin), chickpea flour, natural flavouring, stabiliser: methyl cellulose; WHEAT gluten, SOYA protein concentrate, flavouring, maltodextrin, garlic powder, black pepper, WHEAT starch, salt, yeast extract, onion powder, nutmeg, black pepper extract, yeast, colour: paprika extract; onion oil, garlic extract.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from frozen. Remove outer packaging. Oven cook for best results. Ensure food is piping hot prior to serving. All cooking appliances vary; timings are to be used as a guideline only.

Oven cook - From Frozen

Oven cook from frozen 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6, 18-20 minutes. Place fillets onto a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven. Turn halfway through.
