Preheat grill and wire rack to a moderate heat. Place vegan sausages on the wire rack and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Preheat 1 teaspoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan over a low to medium heat. Add vegan sausages and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning regularly.
