Vegetarian Sausages


A blend of soya protein and natural flavours make this superb vegetarian sausage.

For a winter warmer, add onions, garlic, salt, pepper and thyme with a little olive oil to a frying pan, cook until soft, add a can of chopped tomatoes and baked beans and bring to a simmer. Slice up your already grilled Vegetarian sausages and add to the pan, check seasoning and serve over creamy mash potato.

To oven cook
Preheat your oven to 180ºC/350ºF/ gas mark 4.
Remove all packaging then place sausages onto a baking tray.
Cook in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes, turning occasionally until piping hot.


To grill or bbq
Grill or bbq on a medium heat, turning occasionally for 10-15 minutes.
