Vegetarian Sausage & Vegetable Hot Pot
Linda McCartney vegetarian sausages gently cooked in a tomato, butter bean and red wine sauce, topped with sliced roast potatoes.

In the oven
Preheat your oven to 200Â°C/400Â°F /gas mark 6.
Remove sleeve then remove film lid (you may need to use scissors or a knife).
Place the hot pot into an ovenproof dish then cook for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
In the microwave
Remove sleeve, pierce film lid several times.
Place on a microwavable plate then heat on high 100% (800W) for 3 minutes,
stand for 1 minute, then heat for a further 2Â½ minutes, then stand for 1 minute.
