Vegetarian Sausage & Bean Stew

Linda McCartney vegetarian sausages in a rich tomato stew with organic cannellini and borlotti beans, a sprinkle of oregano, paprika and a splash of red wine vinegar.

Oven cook
Preheat your oven to 200ºC / 400ºF / gas mark 6. Remove sleeve and film lid (you may need to
use scissors or a knife). Empty the stew into an ovenproof dish then cook for 30 minutes.

Remove sleeve, pierce film lid several times, place on a microwavable plate then heat on high 100% (800W) for 3 minutes, stand for 1 minute, then heat for a further 2½ minutes, stand for 1 minute. You
may need to use scissors or a knife to remove the film lid.
