Tuscan Topped Fillets


Two ‘chicken’ style fillets with a tomato, courgette, black olive and mozzarella cheese topping.

Serve piping hot with a fresh rocket, cherry tomato and red onion salad with a balsamic dressing and a crusty fresh bread. Equally delicious cold, chopped and stirred into pasta for a tasty lunchtime snack.

Oven cook - From Frozen
Preheat oven to:- Conventional 180°C / Fan Assisted 160°C / Gas Mark 4.
Remove outer packaging and film lid, place onto a baking tray then cook
in the middle of the oven for 35-40 minutes.

Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
