Sweet Potato, Spinach & Quinoa Kievs

Sweet potato, spinach and onion with a creamy garlic and cheese melt made with organic white quinoa.

For dinner serve with boiled brown rice mixed with fresh peas and fried onions salt and pepper alongside buttered green beans or asparagus. For a light lunch, serve with a crispy leaf salad, baby tomatoes a boiled egg a drop of French dressing and steamed new potatoes.

Oven cook
Preheat your oven to 200°C / 400°F / gas mark 6. Remove all outer packaging then
place the kievs onto a baking tray. Cook for 18 - 20 minutes, until golden brown.
