We find these sausages irresistible with a great big dollop of mash, oodles of red onion gravy and some steamed green beans.

Oven cook - From Frozen
Preheat oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas Mark 6. Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
For 1-2 sausages cook for approximately 15 mins turning once until golden brown. For 6 sausages
cook for approximately 18-20 mins.
Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4. Place 1-2 sausages on a baking tray in the middle of the
oven. Cook for approximately 15 mins turning once until golden brown. For 6 sausages cook for approximately 18-20 mins.
Preheat oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas Mark 6. For 2 sausages place on the wire rack and cook for 10-12 mins, turning occasionally. For 6 sausages cook for approximately 15 mins.
Fry in a little vegetable oil for approximately 10 mins turning frequently.
Wait for the flames to die down and the coals to turn white before cooking.
Place sausages on the barbecue and cook for approximately 10 mins turning frequently.
