Peri Peri Burger


Vegetarian burger made from soya protein and onion, seasoned with chilli, paprika and sicilian lemon oil. Barbecue and top with tomatoes, red onions and a tomato relish.

Serve in a ciabatta roll with a green salad and baker chips.

Grill
Preheat grill pan and wire rack and cook for 12-15 minutes on medium heat turning twice.

Conventional Oven - From Frozen
Preheat oven, place burger on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 18-20 minutes, turning once 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.

BBQ
Place burgers on BBQ and cook for 12-15 minutes turning occasionally to give even colour.
