These mini sausage rolls are perfect little treats for all the family to enjoy – fabulous little appetisers served warm and dipped in a spicy chutney, or great as a lunch box filler.

Oven cook - From Frozen
Preheat your oven to 220°C/Fan Assisted 200°C Gas Mark 7. Remove all outer packaging and place
the mini sausage rolls on to a baking tray, spacing 2cms apart with the pastry seal at the bottom.

Brush mini sausage rolls with beaten egg or milk (alternatively use soya or rice milk).

Place the baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown.
