Lentil & Vegetable Cottage Pie


Green lentil, mixed sprouts and vegetables topped with buttery potato and sweet potato mash.

A great vegetarian alternative to Sunday lunch served with green vegetables, or eat straight from the pot for a hearty satisfying snack.

Oven cook
Preheat oven to:- Conventional 200°C / Fan Assisted 400°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove sleeve then remove film lid (you may need to use scissors or a knife). Empty the cottage pie into an ovenproof dish then
cook for 30 minutes, until golden brown.


Microwave
Remove sleeve, pierce film lid several times, place on a microwavable plate then heat on high 100% (800W) for 2 1/2 minutes, stand for 1 minute. You may need to use scissors or a knife to remove the
film lid.
