Chilli Non Carne with Rice

In the microwave
Remove sleeve, pierce film lid several times.
Place on a microwavable plate then heat on high 100% (800W) for 3 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute, then heat for a further 2Â½ minutes, then stand for 1 minute.
On the hob
Remove sleeve and film lid (you may need to use scissors or a knife),
pour into a saucepan then heat gently, stirring occasionally for 7 minutes.
