Conventional Oven - From Frozen
Pre-heat oven.
Remove film lid.
Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven
and cook at 200°C/400°F/Gas 6 for 35-40 mins.

Microwave (800W) - From Frozen
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid.
Place product directly onto a microwavable plate in the centre of the microwave.
Cook on full power 4 mins
Allow to stand 2 mins
Remove film lid
Cook on half power for a further 4 ½ min
Allow to stand 1 min
