Vegetarian Sweet Potato Kievs

Sweet potato, spinach, and quinoa kievs, with a creamy cheese & garlic filling.

For dinner serve with boiled brown rice mixed with fresh peas and fried onions salt and pepper alongside buttered green beans or asparagus. For a light lunch, serve with a crispy leaf salad, baby tomatoes a boiled egg a drop of French dressing and steamed new potatoes.

Oven cook

Preheat oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6. Place kievs onto a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown.
