Terms & Conditions

    1. The promoter is Hain Daniels Group, Unit 23 Britannia Estate, Leagrave Road, Luton, Beds, LU3 1RJ.


    1. This competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families of the promoter and their associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. No purchase necessary.


    1. Closing date for receipt of entries: 00:00hrs on the 28th May 2012. Entries received after the close date and time will not be valid.


    1. All entries must be made online on the official entry form, no other form of entry will be valid.


    1. All entries through third parties or agents are invalid.


    1. There is one prize with a retail value of £100. There are no runners up prizes. The prize is made up of the following items: – Two packs of Asparagus & Leek Tartlets, Two packs of BBQ Selection Pack, Two packs of Tuscan Topped Fillets, Two bags of Fish Free King Prawns, Two packs of Quarter Pounder Burgers, One Limited Edition Apron and a copy of the book FOOD by Mary McCartney


    1. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.


    1. The winner will be notified via email by the 31st of May 2012. If a response is not received by the 15th of June the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.


    1. We will endeavour, but cannot guarantee, to despatch the prize by the 15th of June. This will be subject to the winner responding with their full delivery details upon notification.


    1. No cash or other prize alternative is available and the prize will only be registered in the name of the winner unless specifically agreed otherwise, in writing by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.


    1. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure of any hardware and/or software and/or any entries that are corrupted, lost, incomplete, delayed, illegible or damaged.


    1. The winner may be asked to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shoots and interviews).


    1. Data will be collected for the purposes of administering this promotion and it will be retained after the promotion ends.


    1. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material.


  1. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event the Promoter believes the winner had contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
